Hay bath with flowers from the Dolomites
Hay baths have been taken for centuries in Tyrol. The beneficial effects of hay from mountain pastures are quite well-known. By macerating the hay, essential oils are released. Through an even heat the useful ingredients of the hay can release their relaxing effect. A hay bath has the effect of promoting circulation, purifying, relieving cramps strengthening your immune system.
It is highly recommended in the case of muscle and joint complaints. It is not recommended in the case of cardio-vascular complaints and hay fever (in case of doubt consult your family doctor).
