Check-In / Check-Out

AT WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK IN?
The rooms will be guaranteed from 3.00 pm. If you arrive earlier, in the meantime, you can enjoy both Lino Land and the Aqua Sana and leave your car in our garage.

AT WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK OUT?
We kindly ask our guests to leave the rooms by 10.00 am.
You can request a late check out until 6.00 pm (in winter until 3.00 pm), for an additional price equal to 20% of the cost of the last night. Ask the reception the day before your departure (subject to availability).




 

Meals

LUNCH IS INCLUDED ON THE ARRIVAL OR ON THE DEPARTURE DAY?
The lunch buffet is served from 12:00 to 14:00. Lunch is included on the day of arrival or on the day of departure. 
Dress code: For the restaurant area we kindly ask you to access with clothes and, for the dinner, men with long trousers.

ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES AND SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Our kitchen is fully equipped to offer a kitchen suitable for all your needs, we only ask you, for organizational reasons, to communicate it at the time of the booking.

PAP AND MENU FOR THE LITTLE ONES
During meal times at the restaurant we have an area dedicated to the meals for our younger guests. Daily availability of vegetable stock, different types of pasta/noodles, a vegetable soup and a selection of products and milk HIPP and Mellin. For meals out of schedule we offer a small kitchen available with the room key-card 24h with the following products: Kitchenette

 

Reservation

HOW DO I BOOK A ROOM?
You can book your holiday directly from our website, by email or phone. The girls at the reception will be happy to send a confirmation e-mail with the procedure for sending the deposit. The booking is considered definitive upon receipt of the deposit of 30% of your stay.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DAY
The stay types change according to the seasons:
Summer: With exception for the August weeks the arrival & departure days are free, with no fix change days.
Winter: In the winter season the days of arrival and departure are free. An exception are the peak holiday weeks of Christmas, New Year and Carnival and Easter that count as fixed periods.

OPENING
The Cavallino Bianco opens ca 11 months a year, from mid may to mid april.

ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN PROCEDURES
The main entrance is located in Via Rezia 22. At the entrance to the pedestrian area you will find a mobile bollard, to access it is sufficient to ring to the Cavallino Bianco: we will be glad to lower the “Pilomat” for the access.
Entrance to the garage in Via Tresval: if the browser brings you in front of the parking lot you can ring from the column in the parking lot, normally used for dispensing tickets, a receptionist will answer you as soon as possible.
We hope for your understanding if your wait will be extended in the days of high change.
If the parking lot reserved for guests is fully booked, you can use the public car park on the level below, on -2, we will replace your ticket at the check in.
NB in case of access from the garage we inform our kind guests that the reception is located on the 4th floor. We kindly ask you to have your documents ready for the check in.

IN WHAT CONSISTS THE INSURANCE?
The travel insurance is optional and protects you from possible cancellations.
Upon confirmation you will be able to pay two different amounts of deposits: the higher one includes the insurance fee, the payment completes the procedure to stipulate the insurance. Should you cancel your stay simply send an email to the reservation department that will let you know about the opportune procedures.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Winter 2021/22 (28.11.2021-19.04.2022)
The payment of the deposit equal to 30% of the total amount is required within 90 days before arrival. Should you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, the cancellation is free of charge. In case the cancellation reaches us less than 14 days before your arrival, the amount of the paid deposit will be charged. In case of late arrival and/or early departure, the cost of the total stay will be charged. Unused services, meals in particular, will not be reimbursed. With the payment of the deposit the general booking conditions, cancellation conditions in particular, are considered understood and legally accepted in full.

Summer 2022 (26.05.2022-26.11-2022)
Cancellation terms and penalties can be found below:

• Up to 60 days before the arrival = no penalty and full refund of the deposit
• From 59 to 30 days before the arrival = penalty of 10% of the total amount of the
reservation and refund the rest of the deposit
• From 29 to 7 days before the arrival = penalty of 30% of the total amount of the
reservation
• From 6 to 0 days before the arrival = penalty of 100% of the total amount of the
reservation

These penalties do not apply to “Flex & Free” ticket purchasers.

Flex & Free: thanks to the “Flex & Free” ticket with an additional cost of 10%, you will be free to cancel and/or change at any time and unconditionally your reservation.
The “Flex & Free” ticket is an additional cost and is non-refundable.
With the payment of the “Flex & Free” ticket, the general booking conditions are considered understood and legally accepted in full.

THE “AQUA SANA” DEPARTMENT IS ALSO ACCESSIBLE FOR OUTSIDERS?
No, the whole hotel is accessible only for our guests or booked clients 

DRESS CODE
Pools and saunas can be accessed directly with bathrobes, towels and crocs that will be provided in the room.
 

Skiing

WHAT IS THE DISTANCE OF THE HOTEL FROM THE SKI SLOPES?
The lift to the Siusi Alp is located at the very end of the pedestrian bridge in front of the hotel.
From the pedestrian zone, just 200mt from the hotel, you will find the escalators that connect to the lift to the Seceda Alp.

SKI SCHOOL AND SKI RENTAL
The ski school for the children and the rental are located inside the hotel, on level -1.
At the reception you can buy ski passes.
