You can tell when it’s barbecue time on Alpe di Siusi, because there are tasty sausages and juicy steaks sizzling on the grill, and a cheerful crowd of guests with growling stomachs. In sunny summer afternoons, we all hike up to the Cavallino hut together. Once there, we’re rewarded for the 40-minute walk with a delicious lunch, beautiful views and lots of great games!
