LUNCH MANAGEMENT ON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DAYS
The lunch buffet is served from 12.00 pm to 1.45 pm. Lunch is included on either the day of arrival or the day of departure.
Dress code: for the restaurant area we ask to access clothes and, for dinner, men with long trousers.
ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES AND SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS
Our kitchen is fully equipped to offer you a cooking area that meets all your needs. For organisational reasons, we only ask you to let us know when booking.
Non-guests are not allowed in the spa, swimming pools and saunas. The entire hotel is reserved for the exclusive use of our guests.
SPA DAY USE
By paying an extra € 30.00 for each member of the family, it is possible to stay in the hotel (leaving the room) and take advantage of the Spa, the swimming pools and the Lino Land after 12.00 noon and until 8.00 pm on the day of check-out.
DRESS CODE
Swimming pools and saunas are directly accessible with bathrobes, towels and waterproof slippers, which you will find in your room upon arrival.
"The ski lifts for the Seiser Alm are located at the end of the pedestrian bridge, in front of the hotel. From the pedestrian area, just 200 metres from the Cavallino Bianco, there are escalators for the Seceda ski lifts."
SKIPASS
Ski passes can be purchased online at dolomitisuperski.com and collected at the totem pole at the ski school, on the hotel's -1 floor.

The Flex & Free ticket, with an additional non-refundable cost, equal to 10% of the total stay, allows you to cancel and/or modify the reservation at any time and unconditionally.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
To confirm your booking and make it binding, you must purchase the Flex & Free ticket or pay a 30% deposit on the total booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation involves the payment of a penalty calculated in proportion to the time remaining at the beginning of the stay. No penalty is due in case of purchase of Flex & Free ticket.
