Check-In / Check-Out

The rooms are available from 3.00 pm.

We kindly ask you to vacate your rooms by 10am, thus allowing us to make the rooms clean and welcoming, ready for incoming guests.


The room plans provided act solely as illustration and are not binding. Within the same room category there exists various solutions depending on position, size, subdivision and furnishings.

We would like to remind you that our hotel accommodates exclusively families with children and/or infants.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

To finally confirm the reservation it is necessary to buy the “Flex & Free” ticket at a cost
equal to 10% of the booked stay or pay a deposit equal to 30% of the booked stay (only
after receipt of payment, the reservation is considered binding).

Cancellation terms and penalties can be found below:
Up to 60 days before the arrival = no penalty and full refund of the deposit
From 59 to 30 days before the arrival = penalty of 10% of the total amount of the
reservation and refund the rest of the deposit
From 29 to 7 days before the arrival = penalty of 30% of the total amount of the
• From 6 to 0 days before the arrival = penalty of 100% of the total amount of the
These penalties do not apply to “Flex & Free” ticket purchasers.

In case of late arrival and/or early departure, all days will be charged. Unused services,
meals in particular, will not be reimbursed. With the payment of the deposit, general
booking conditions, cancellation conditions in particular, are considered understood and
legally accepted in full.

Flex & Free: thanks to the “Flex & Free” ticket with an additional cost of 10%, you will be
free to cancel and/or change at any time and unconditionally your reservation.
The “Flex & Free” ticket is an additional cost and is non-refundable.
With the payment of the “Flex & Free” ticket, the general booking conditions are
considered understood and legally accepted in full.

Payment Methods

Deposit/Flex&Free: can be done via bank transfer or online using a credit card on

Payment of the balance At the time of check in, you will be asked to provide your credit card in order to guarantee the reservation as per international standards.
Payment of the balance (before departure): cash (max € 1999 for each booking), personal bank-cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Amex, Diners.
The final payment can also be made by immediate bank transfer but must be accounted for before the check-out date.

Animals are not accepted in the hotel.

Visitor’s Tax

Amounts to Euro 2,50 per head. Children under the age of 14 are exempt. The visitor’s tax is payable upon departure and will be listed on your invoice.

Transport for baggage

For our esteemed clients arriving by air, bus or train, or simply for those wishing to travel light, we offer the possibility of sending your baggage in advance.
At Lino Land you can find everything you need for a perfect holiday - travelling light! Please note that luggages cannot be taken on saturdazs, sundazs and festive days.
