The rooms are available from 3.00 pm.

Check-Out:
We kindly ask you to vacate your rooms by 10am, thus allowing us to make the rooms clean and welcoming, ready for incoming guests.
 

Rooms/Suites

The room plans provided act solely as illustration and are not binding. Within the same room category there exists various solutions depending on position, size, subdivision and furnishings.

We would like to remind you that our hotel accommodates exclusively families with children and/or infants.
 

Bookings and cancellation terms

We consider valid only bookings followed by payment of a holding deposit, equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay, with a minimum value of Euro 200,-.

Cancellation of bookings, late arrivals and early departures are never gladly welcomed, by either party. In such circumstances, we have no choice but to retain the holding deposit paid in case of cancellation up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival. For cancellations within 14 days and in the case of delayed arrival or early departure, the cost of the entire stay booked will be debited. Services not used, in particular meals not taken, are not reimbursable.
With the payment of the holding deposit, the general terms and conditions, and in particular, the terms of cancellation are considered to be understood and legally wholly accepted.
 

Insurance

In order to avoid the loss of the holding deposit in case of cancellation well in advance (more than 14 days prior to arrival) or the debit of the entire stay booked, in case of cancellation within the 14 days prior to arrival or delayed arrival or early departure, we offer the possibility of undertaking a specific insurance policy.

Accommodation Tax

As from 1st January 2018 an accommodation tax will come into force in South Tyrol.
The income generated from the accommodation tax will be used for the construction and maintenance of the structure and services, as well as the organisation of sporting and cultural events.
It has been agreed that such tax, determined as per person per night, is to be paid directly to the hotel, to the value of Euro 2,50.
Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
The accommodation tax should be paid at the moment of departure and will be shown on the invoice from the holiday structure, listed under its own name.
 

Transport for baggage

For our esteemed clients arriving by air, bus or train, or simply for those wishing to travel light, we offer the possibility of sending your baggage in advance.
At Lino Land you can find everything you need for a perfect holiday - travelling light! Please note that luggages cannot be taken on saturdazs, sundazs and festive days.

Hygiene program

The wellbeing and safety of our Guests are our primary objective!
For this reason, as of 2009, we have introduced a rigorous hygiene program with unique preventative measures in the hotel sector. By using specific products for the systematic cleaning of every surface and the disinfecting of the surrounding areas, we can assure the maximum of hygiene within the Hotel. In the Hotel’s focal points we have installed dispenser columns with Hagleitner liquid, for a frequent disinfection of each person.

Quality of water in the pools
To ensure our guests a perfect hygiene and safety in the water, we have adopted a complete hygienic program which has obtained the certificate of maximum quality from Prominent, a company specialised in the realisation, consultancy and hygiene controls in both public and private swimming pools.
