At Lino Land, we don’t start from an ideal development model or rigid educational principles, but rather, we see each child for who they are – unique in their being.
We have drawn inspiration from a variety of pedagogical principles to offer our team the best possible conditions for ongoing education. Through six core principles, we define our approach and our care program.

Nestled in the stunning Dolomites, we introduce children to the flora and fauna of our homeland and allow them to experience the diverse aspects of nature-based education.
Through adventurous excursions, engaging projects with nature educators, and a deep love for the environment, we aim to set an example and help children connect with their surroundings. By stimulating their senses, we encourage children to push beyond their limits and promote their autonomy.
Montessori pedagogy teaches us that children are the architects of their own growth, and we, as their guides, support them in their journey. It’s the simple things that excite them—engaging in daily activities like cooking and building requires a great deal of focus. When adults immerse themselves in these activities, they must be important for life. This is what we aim to convey at Lino Land: learning everything, because play and learning are not opposites, but in fact, one and the same.
In our many artistic and craft projects, we embrace Steiner pedagogy. Using a wide variety of materials, aligned with the season, we encourage children to fully express their imagination.
It is very important to us that children can freely choose between different activity opportunities during their stay at Lino Land, with us as their supportive guides.
Inclusion and individuality mean recognizing the uniqueness and needs of each child and adapting the environment to them without barriers. We respect every child’s diversity, structuring the days and activities based on their specific needs.
Responsibility and safety are our top priorities.
We evaluate the limits of each child and act with full awareness. All activities are constantly reviewed and carried out with the utmost care.
